WHAT SOME OF OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US

"Image Foundry is really well structured and their mood boards are what make them special compared to other CGI companies. They don’t just offer verbal ideas but visual ones too, helping us get to the essence of the project before work begins on the image itself. If someone were to ask me who is doing good work in the industry, I would definitely recommend Image Foundry."

"We pride ourselves on building the highest quality homes in the very best locations for the most discerning clients. It also means we have exceptionally high expectations when it comes to our CGI. Our relationship with Image Foundry is excellent; They will bend-over-backwards to ensure we achieve the required quality. The turnaround is good, their mood-boards help us to visualise the result before it’s rendered and their photorealistic interior CGIs are superb."

"We’ve been with Image Foundry for about two years now and the relationship works really well. We’ve previously felt that other suppliers were treating us like a small fish but that’s never been the case here. The mood boards have been really useful to help us see the bigger picture and they reduce the amount of back-and-forth amends. We brought Image Foundry on board to help us launch a completely new range of products. Starting from a fresh slate with no preconceptions, their work really lifted our brand with more aspirational images. We felt as though we were getting a lot more in terms of better design and styling of the interiors, with higher quality images that are now always getting picked up by the press."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why should we use bathroom CGI instead than just photographing a sample bathroom?

Bathroom photography is expensive, inflexible, and slow. You’re locked into one colour, one layout, one moment in time. If you launch a new colourway or need a different angle, you’re shooting again – another £3k-£5k spend.

With CGI, one 3D model becomes unlimited variations. Six colourways? All rendered from the same model. Different angles? Done in hours, not weeks. New configurations? Instant. Plus, you control every detail – lighting, props, lifestyle staging – without dealing with physical production schedules.

Most importantly: CGI lets you show lifestyle, emotion, and aspiration in ways a plain product shot never can. That’s what makes buyers commit.

Doesn’t CGI look fake?

Not any more. Photorealistic CGI is indistinguishable from photography especially for product and bathroom interiors where you control the entire environment.

We’ve spent 20 years perfecting this. Our renders are used by Ideal Standard, Aqualisa, and Austroflamm in retail, brochures, and e-commerce. They’ve never had a customer complaint that the imagery looked “fake.” Because it doesn’t.

The difference between bad CGI and good CGI comes down to craftsmanship – lighting, materials, finishing detail. That’s what we do.

What’s involved in the process?

3 steps:

1. Brief. You tell us what you’re marketing – the product specs, target buyer, launch channels (e-commerce, retail, brochure). We ask questions to understand what your customer responds to.

2. Concept. We produce mood boards showing visual direction – colour, lighting, styling, lifestyle context. You review, approve, or refine. This step saves revision cycles later because we’re aligned on the look before rendering starts.

3. Delivery. We render the final assets in your required formats (web, print, social, e-commerce platforms). Each asset is production-ready.

If you need animation or VR, that’s an optional add-on to any project.

Does bathroom CGI actually increase sales?

Our clients have sold more than £16bn of property and products using our renders. That’s not coincidence.

Aqata told us their press coverage tripled after switching to our lifestyle imagery. Dave Matthews at PH Property Holdings said their photorealistic interior CGIs are “superb” – and they’ve stayed with us for five years, which speaks louder than any quote.

Kayleigh Priestley at Austroflamm said their brand positioning lifted because of better-quality, more aspirational images — and those images are now consistently picked up by press and retailers.

CGI doesn’t just look good. It changes how buyers perceive your product and your brand.

Can you add people to bathroom renders?

Yes. We use AI-assisted people insertion to add realistic lifestyle figures to renders. Think of it as photorealistic product styling — you’re showing not just the bathroom, but the feeling of using it.

This is a current differentiator for us. It works particularly well for property developers showing lifestyle, and for brands wanting to convey aspiration.

Do you do bathroom animation?

Yes. Product animations (rotations, assembly sequences, feature highlights), bathroom fly-throughs, and cinematic sequences. These work really well for e-commerce sites and social.

Animation costs more than stills but reaches more people – video content gets higher engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and retail websites.

What about VR or 360° tours?

Both possible. 360° renders work well for e-commerce (Aqualisa uses them). Full VR is overkill for most KBB brands but makes sense for property developers showing off-plan homes.

These are add-ons to a stills project. Talk to us about your platform and we’ll recommend what makes sense.

How long have you been doing this?

20+ years. We started in architectural CGI for property, expanded into product, and now work across both. We’ve worked with bathroom and kitchen brands, sanitary ware manufacturers, consumer goods, and property developers.

Point is: we understand your market, your buyers, and what visual content actually converts.

How do we get started?

A: Drop us a line. Tell us about your project — what you’re marketing, who your customer is, and what outcome you’re after.

We’ll set up a brief call, build a quote, and get going. Most projects start within 1-2 weeks of signed agreement.
